Before confirmation
A submitted request is not a reservation. You can withdraw or revise it by replying to our follow-up message or contacting the team with your request reference.
After confirmation
The cancellation terms included in your final confirmation control your booking. Review them before accepting or paying. Terms may depend on group size, date, venue commitments, and services arranged for the route.
Changes to date, time, or group size
Ask as early as possible. A requested change is not effective until the team confirms it in writing. Price and route details may change if the group or schedule changes.
Weather and local conditions
Weather, closures, safety needs, venue changes, or public events can affect a route. If the team needs to change a confirmed plan, the available options will be explained directly.
