Privacy notice

This notice explains how River Walk Experience handles information you provide when requesting an experience or contacting the team.
Information we collect
An experience request may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, group size, selected experience, and an optional planning note.
A contact message may include its request type, your name and email address, an optional booking reference, and the message you choose to provide. We also process limited technical data needed to secure the forms and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use experience request information to review your preferred plan, contact you about availability and details, and maintain booking records. We use contact messages to route and review general, privacy, booking change, and cancellation questions. We also use submitted information to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that support hosting, security, and operations.
Free-form notes are cleared 30 days after the preferred date. Unconfirmed experience request records are deleted 90 days after the later of the preferred date or last status update. Confirmed experience request records are deleted 24 months after the later of the preferred date or last status update.
Contact messages are deleted 90 days after they are resolved or closed. Open messages with no activity are deleted after 180 days.
Deleted records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups. Those backups are kept on a rolling 30-day deletion schedule.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal and operational record requirements. Use the dedicated contact form and select the privacy request that matches what you need. The team may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not include medical information, card or bank details, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in either form.
Updates
We may update this notice as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
